USA Dance of North Central New Mexico hosts dances on the first and third Sundays of every month from 3 – 5 p.m., with a free lesson at 2:15 p.m. All dances are at the Albuquerque Square Dance Center, 4915 Hawkins St. NE.

Workshop 1: Foxtrot
2 – 2:50 p.m.
Rules of turn, shaping, body rhythms and frame

Workshop 2: Rumba
3:05 – 3:55 p.m.
Connections, dynamic follower turns, creative dancing vs. syllabus dancing

Workshop 3: Swing
4:10 – 5 p.m.
Proper swing actions, partner communication, and dancing the body

Admission: $25 for USA Dance members / $35 others. Cash or check only, please.
