Swing Into Spring … Sunday at USA Dance! – USA Dance of North Central New Mexico

It may feel like summer outside, but we are barely into spring! Celebrate with our Swing Into Spring dance this Sunday, April 5.

Rosie Harper will teach elements of the Shim Sham at her line dance class. The beginner and intermediate lessons will both be bolero; Debra Williams will lead the Basics class, and Cristel Pike will teach the intermediate lesson.

Vanessa Gordillo and Stefan Easter will perform a paso doble. Our DJ is Perry Pedersen.

Here are the details:

• The dance is 3 – 5 p.m.
• 1:45 p.m. Line Dance lesson (shim sham), led by Rosie Harper.
• 2:15 p.m. Basics lesson (bolero), led by Debra Williams.
• 2:15 p.m. Int/Adv lesson: Bolero, taught by Cristel Pike.

Our venue is the Albuquerque Square Dance Center, 4915 Hawkins St. NE.

Admission for all of the lessons and dance is just $5 for USA Dance members and $10 for others.

All social dancers are welcome — no partner required. See you on the dance floor!
