Marie Stoffer will lead a Back to Basics session at 1:30 p.m. Vanessa Gordillo will teach an East Coast Swing lesson at 2:15 p.m. DJ Doug McClellan will cue up several fun Halloween and “Halloween-adjacent” tunes.
Show off your swing chops and partnership skills at our Jack & Jill competition this Sunday, Sept. 21, at USA Dance. We’ll pair leaders and followers at random. The insta-couples will be judged on dancing an East Coast Swing, West Coast Swing, and Hustle. Winners get a trophy and bragging rights!
Come early for a smooth waltz lesson, taught by Christina Harris. The dance is 3 – 5 p.m. Andy Nelson will DJ.
Admission is $5 for USA Dance members and $10 for others. NOTE: No assisted practice this week; it will return in October.

The dance itself is 3 – 5 p.m. Stefan Easter will teach a smooth tango lesson at 2:15 p.m. Our “Back to Basics” assisted coaching session, led this week by Debra Williams, is 1:30 – 2 p.m. Debra and Stefan will also perform! Our DJ is Doug McClellan.

Dust off those poodle skirts, slick back that hair, put some 45s on the turntable, and get ready for our Let’s Go to the Hop dance from 3 – 5 p.m.this Sunday, Aug. 17.

We will also feature a waltz performance by Jim Schreiber and Lisa Mondy.

You can participate in all of these for the price of one admission: $5 for USA Dance members and $10 for others. We welcome all dancers to our social dances, which focus on ballroom, Latin, swing, and club dances. We host dances on the first and third Sundays of the month.
